工业锅炉用水冷壁管破裂原因分析与检修质量控制

Analysis and overhaul quality control of the breach with cooling wall pipes of the industry boiler

针对工业锅炉水冷壁管破裂现象,运用理化检验手段进行了实物分析。结果表明,水冷壁管局部存在裂纹、结疤等缺陷,从而使应力腐蚀严重,是引起破裂的主要原因。针对工业锅炉水冷壁管的类似事件,提出了系统而科学的检修方法。

In this text, aim for the phenomenon that breach with cooling wall pipes of the industry boiler,by the means of physical and chemical measuring method, material object analysis was carried on, as a result, defect such as crack and scab which leaded to serious stress corrosion in the intrinsic cooling wall pipe was the reason of the pipe breach. The systemic and scientific overhaul method was expound for the likeness event with cooling wall pipes of industry boiler.
