The paper described exploitation and application with SIEMENS PCS7 process control system PID series controller on converter gas dry-dedusting and recovery system. And it is the improvement and development to the function on the original control system. This paper researched the influence to the whole control system when added FUZZY control in the original system. The subject study has very important actual purpose to improve the rapidity, stability and control accuracy of the control system,and to increase the anti-interference ability of the system.
