摘要
针对目前20 kg铝锭铸造机组生产中脱模率低的问题,对影响脱模的因素进行了全面的分析,并对现有铝锭连续铸造机组脱模机构的工作原理和结构进行了分析和论证。提出新的脱模机构设计方案,将安装位置外移、改变敲击锤敲击位置、增大敲击锤质量及有效作用冲量。生产实践证明,改进后的脱模机构脱模率达100%,维修方便,达到了预期的目的。
In hght of the problem of the low de-moulding rate in the 20 kg aluminum ingot continuously casting machines, a full analysis of the factors that impact the de-moulding rate is made, together with the working principle and structure of the de-moulding mechanism of the existing aluminum ingot CCM. Based on this, a new design is proposed, including: to move outwards the mounting location, change the position of the beating-hammer, and enhance the quality and the effective impulse of the hammer. The practice shows that the de- moulding rate of the new mechanism can reach 100%, and its maintenance is obvious easy and convenience. The improvement of the machine has achieved the desired purpose.
