摘要
通过压力测试分析发现,一旦房价出现全面下跌这种小概率事件,就会对商业银行造成较大冲击,甚至影响到整个国民经济健康发展。商业银行应通过积极支持保障性住房建设、加大贷款项目评估力度、实施区域差别、加强对房地产市场跟踪监测、建立健全房贷风险准备金制度和增强房地产反周期协同能力等手段来应对金融风险。
By stress-testing,we find that if the housing price falls overall which is a small probability event,commercial banks would be greatly impacted. Even more,it would affect the healthy development of the national economy . Commercial banks should actively support the ensuring housing construction, increase the evaluation of the loan project ,implement the regional differences ,strengthen tracing monitoring to the real estate market ,establish perfect the loan risk reserve system and strengthen the anti-cycle cooperative ability of the real estate to deal with financial risks.
