a-ZrPillared montmorillonite was prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy of pyridine adsorption and TPD of ammonia.The methanol amination was used as a probe reaction to study the acid catalytic activity of La-ZrPILC and compared with ZrPILC and Namontmorillonite. It is observed that the amount and stength of acid site for LaZrPILC are both smaller than that of ZrPILC, and the catalytic activities of the three samples decrease as follows: ZrPILC>LaZrPILC1/2>Namontmorillonite. However, the highest DMA selectivity is observed for LaZrPILC1/2 at 460℃.
