An Investigation into the Immigration from China to Korean Peninsular

中国和朝鲜半岛在数千年来的交往中,人员往来频繁,渊源久远。从中国大陆移民到朝鲜半岛,其原因主要有:谋求生存(战乱避难、犯法避祸、宗族传布、东渡谋生),政治因素(政治亡命、外交出使、政治联姻、抗倭援朝)三十,经济因素(外贸商事),偶然因素(遇风漂海),等等。经过漫长的岁月,他们逐渐融入了当地社会,但也保留了许多历史的痕迹。

The immigration from China to Korean Peninsular has a long history. Chinese immigrants went onto the Peninsular for different reasons： for a living （escaping from punishment; seeking for refuge; strengthening family trees; looking for a better life）; for political reasons （fleeing political oppression; diplomatic visits; political marriage; as soldiers against Japanese invaders on the Peninsular）; for economic reasons （foreign trade between the two countries） ; by accidents （drifting onto the land）. Though those immigrants melted themselves with the local people long time ago, they have kept some ancient traditions till now.
