(E)-2-(2((6-环丙基-2-(苯胺基)嘧啶-4-基氧基)甲基)苯基)-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯的合成与杀菌活性

Synthesis of (E)-Methyl 2-(2-((6-cyclopropyl-2-(phenylamino)pyrimidin-4- yloxy)methyl)phenyl)-3-methoxyacrylate and Its Fungicidal Activity

以苯胍碳酸盐和3-环丙基-3-氧代丙酸叔丁酯为原料,经环合反应制得2-苯胺基-4-羟基-6-环丙基嘧啶,再与(E)-2-(2-(氯甲基)苯基)-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯反应制得标题化合物,其结构经1HNMR进行确证。生测结果表明:该化合物在25mg/L下对水稻稻瘟病、番茄晚疫病、蔬菜灰霉病、玉米锈病、黄瓜霜霉病和黄瓜炭疽病等都具有100%的防治效果。

The target compound was synthesized by reacting （E）-methyl 2-（2-（chloromethyl）phenyl）-3-methoxyacrylate with 6-cyclopropyl-2-（phenylamino）pyrimidin-4-ol prepared from l-phenylguanidine carbonate and tert-butyl 3- cyclopropyl-3-oxopropanoate, and its structure was confirmed by ^1H NMR. The test results show that the compound has good fungicidal activities against Pyricularia oryzae, Phytophthora infestans, Botrytis cinerea, and Colletotrichum lagenarium at 25 mg/L.
