摘要
义务教育均衡发展已成为当前我国教育改革的一个热点和难点问题,而义务教育均衡发展的关键之一乃是教师资源的合理配置。文章通过对桂林市义务教育师资配置现状的调研,就区域义务教育师资配置失衡的表现与成因进行分析,提出了实现区域义务教育师资均衡发展的相应对策及思路。
The balanced development of compulsory education has now become a hot and difficult issue in our education reform, and one of the key issues of the balanced development of compulsory education is the rational allocation of teacher resources. This paper analyses the forms and causes of the imbalanced allocation of teacher resources in regional compulsory education by researching the present situation of teacher resources allocation in Guilin's compulsory education. And the appropriate strategies and ideas on realizing the balanced development of teacher resources have been put forward in this paper.
