摘要
采用VOCl2的盐酸溶液等体积浸渍SiO2载体的表面反应方法制备了键联型V2O5SiO2(VSO)表面复合物。利用红外光谱法(IR)研究了其表面结构状态以及对C2H6的化学吸附性能;并利用程序升温还原技术(TPR)考察了该表面复合物载体对负载金属Pd、Cu氧化物还原过程的影响。结果表明,VSO具有类同于载体SiO2的孔结构和机械强度;VSO对C2H6有一定的化学吸附能力,C2H6分子C-H键中的H吸附在VSO表面V=O键的氧上,形成分子化学吸附态;PdO、CuO和PdOCuO与VSO之间可形成的Pd-O-V5+或Cu-O-V5+,此键中的氧促进了活性组分的还原,使PdO、CuO的还原温度降低。
Bondconjugated type V 2O 5SiO 2 (VSO) surface compound was prepared by impregnating silica with a hydrochloric acid solution of VOCl 2 followed by surface reaction, hydrolysis with aqueous ammonia and calcination at 450℃ The states of the surfacestructure and C 2H 6 chemisorption properties of sample have been characterized using BET and IR techniques The effect of the VSO support on Pd and Cu oxides reduction process has been investigated by temperatureprogrammed reduction techniques (TPR)
