摘要
采用模拟平板弯曲变形的曲面样条函数表达温度分布函数,由此建立一种在固定床反应器内由实验数据推算传热参数的算法,并求出一个温度分布函数。线性方程组的求解采用全主元高斯消去法,目标函数的求解采用单纯形法。本方法计算结果可靠,与文献值符合良好。此法还具有算法稳定,对初值要求不高等优点。
A calculation mehod is developed to calculate the heat transfer parameters from experimental data in the fixed bed reactor and a temperature profile function is also obtained. In this method, the surface spline function is used to express the temperature profile, the Gauss complete pivoting is adopted to solve the system of linear equations and the simplex method is introduced to calculate the objective function. The calculated results of this method fit the literature data very well. Besides, this method has some other advantages, such as good stability, suitability of wide range initial values in the calculations.
