摘要
通过研究协同驯化培养条件,确定了醇酮混合液在培养基中加入量为0.6mL/L(培养基),并得到1株以环己烷为惟一碳源和能源的降解菌株SYSHHJ1。之后研究了培养时间、环己烷浓度、pH、含盐量和温度等单因素对SYSHHJ1菌株生长的影响,在此基础上设计正交实验并进行了优化,确定了SYSHHJ1菌株最适培养条件:培养时间84~108h、环己烷浓度480mg/L、pH6、含盐量10g/L、温度30℃。通过液相色谱法分析代谢产物,也证明了该菌株可以利用环己烷。
Alcohol-ketone mixture at 0.6 mL/L (medium) added to medium was confirmed through synergistic taming and culture conditions and obtained a strain SYSHHJ1 that utilize eyelohexane as the sole carbon and energy sources. Later the influence of culture time, concentration of eyclohexane, pH, salt content, temperature, and other single factors were studied, based on these optimization experi'ment was carried out through orthogonal design, and confirmed the most suitable culture conditions were as followed: culture time 84 - 108 hours, concentration of cyclohexane 480 mg/L, pH6, salt content 10 g/L, 30 ℃. It was proved through analysis by liquid chromatography that the strain could utilize cyclohexane.
