摘要
建立阿司匹林片HPLC含量测定方法。采用Kromasil(C18 150mm×4.6mm,5μ)色谱柱,以乙腈-四氢呋喃-冰醋酸-水(23:5:5:61)为流动相;检测波长为280nm;流速1.0mL/min;进样量20μL,柱温:室温。阿司匹林在12.5~250μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系。平均回收率100.22%,RSD为1.2%。本法操作简便、快速、结果准确、专属性强。
In order to establish a method to measure aspirin content with hi-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) , Kromasil chromatographic column (C18 150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 u) was adopted with acetonitrile-tetrahydrofurane-glacial acetic acid-water (23 : 5 : 5 : 61 ) as mobile phase at 1.0 mL/min. , 280 nm wavelength, and feeding amount at 20 uL, column temperature at room temperature. Aspirin had good linear relation at the range of 12.5 - 250 ug/mL. And the average rate of recovery was 100.22% with RSD at 1.2%. This method was simple to operate, rapid, accurate, and good exclusivity.
