无边界生涯时代组织应对策略分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着经济全球化的进展,信息技术日新月异以及知识经济时代的来临,员工在组织内和组织间的流动则越来越多,支持长期雇佣关系的组织结构也不复存在,出现了无边界生涯现象。组织人力资源的开发和管理面临前所未有的挑战。探索组织和员工之间长期稳定的伙伴关系,改变传统人力资源管理行政支持的功能性角色而成为组织的战略伙伴,是当前西方组织运行中面对的战略选择。文章对无边界生涯形成对组织人力资源的影响及其变化,提出应对策略和措施。
