煤层注水则是主动控制煤尘产生的最理想、最有效的综合性措施。运用预先危险性分析(PHA)方法,全面细致地分析了在煤层注水作业中存在的多种危险源,并提出了针对性的安全技术对策。

Water filling into coal seam is the most effective comprehensive measure to control coal dust. Various harm sources in water filling process are analyzed with PHA method, and safety countermeasures are put forward.
