摘要
从我国目前的能源状况出发,分析了家用灶具的能源结构。在众多家用灶具中选择4种常用的灶具作为测试对象,实验研究了它们的能源利用效率,并利用热力学观点进行了一次能源利用率的分析,得出燃气灶具最具有节能效果,应加大应用率。
Based on China' s current energy situation, this paper analyzed the energy structure of the domestic cooker. Four commonly used domestic cooktops were selected as a test target cooker, and experimental study of their energy efficiency was made. The primary energy efficiency was analyzed using a thermodynamic viewpoint, which educes that gas cooker has the most energy-saving effect, so the application rate of gas cooker should be increased.
