On Real Estate Management Informatization of PKU

北京大学房地产信息管理与服务系统的建设是实现校园房地产资源信息化管理的综合系统工程,为相关职能部门提供智能化、信息化的管理手段,对改善相关职能部门办公环境、提高校园资产管理水平有着重要意义。从建设背景、建设目标、技术路线、技术特点、系统功能等方面介绍了系统的建设情况。

PKU Real Etate Management System（REMS） is a systems engineering which serves campus real estate administration and informatization. It provides campus administrators intelligent measures which can greatly reduce the labor force and enhance the ability of management. The background targets, technical pathway, and functions of the system were described in this paper.
