摘要
采用Li-6200光合分析仪,对沙漠绿洲边缘流动沙丘上分布的沙蒿和油蒿光合速率进行了日变化和季节变化的测试。结果表明:沙蒿Pn日变化呈双峰曲线,第一峰值出现在9:00为19.096μmol.m-2.s-1,第二个峰值出现在15:00为14.646μmol.m-2.s-1;油蒿Pn日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在9:00为23.03μmol.m-2.s-1。沙蒿Pn平均高峰值在6月份为11.9848μmol.m-2.s-1,油蒿Pn高峰值出现在7月份为11.394μmol.m-2.s-1。在整个生长季节中沙蒿和油蒿的平均WUE分别为0.8367和0.4405。相关分析表明,沙蒿Pn与其影响因子I、Cs、Gs之间呈极显著或显著正相关关系;与Ci、Rs因子之间呈极显著或显著负相关关系;与其他因子呈不显著正或负相关关系。油蒿Pn与I、RH、Gs、Cs因子之间呈极显著或显著正相关关系,与其他因子呈不显著正或负相关关系。并得出了沙蒿与油蒿I及其影响因子之间的多元回归方程。
Adopting Li-6200 photosynthesis analysis apparatus,photosynthesis velocity(Pn) diurnal change and seasonal change are determined about two plants of genus artemisia-Artemisia arenaria CD.and Artemisia ordosica Krasch.on the fringes of desert oasis.It showed that both Pn diurnal change on two plants of genus artemisia show single peak curve.Pn diurnal change peak value of Artemisia arenaria CD.(21.2275 μmol·m-2·s-1) appears at 9:00,while it of Artemisia ordosica Krasch.(20.8348 μmol·m-2·s-1) appears at 11:00.In seasonal change,Pn peak value of Artemisia arenaria CD.(11.9848 μmol·m-2·s-1) appears in Jun.,while Pn peak value of Artemisia ordosica Krasch.appears two peak values(8.6893 μmol·m-2·s-1 and 11.394 μmol·m-2·s-1) respectively in Jun.and Aug..In seasonal change,character of water use efficiency(WUE) on two plants of genus artemisia is that WUE seasonal change curve of Artemisia arenaria CD.appears two peak values(1.2299 and 0.9997) respectively in Jun.and Aug.,while it of Artemisia ordosica Krasch.appears one peak value(0.6107) in Sep..Correlation analysis between Pn of two plants and their effect factor shows that Pn of Artemisia arenaria CD.has most distinct or distinct positive correlativity with environment factor such as illumination intensity(I) and inner factor such as stoma conduction(Cs) and stoma conductivity S(GS),has most distinct or distinct negative correlativity with CO2 concentration in cell clearance(Ci) and stoma resistance(RS) and hasn't distinct correlativity with other factors,that Pn of Artemisia ordosica Krasch.has most distinct or distinct positive correlativity with I,relative humidity(RH),Cond and Cs and hasn't distinct correlativity with other factors.And multiregression equation between Pn on two plants of genus artemisia and their effect factor are concluded.
