摘要
对M2110A内圆磨床进行改造,将原来配有的以定程磨削为基础的进给系统改装成为性能较好的自动磨床,降低了废品率,提高了生产率,实现了磨削过程的自动循环,降低了工人的劳动强度。
The improvement was made on M2110A internal grinder, which original feed system based on fited travel grinding was transformed to an automatic one with better performance, so that automatic cycle of grinding process was realized. With higher productivity, both reject rate and labour intensity of workers were decreased.
