摘要
采用P2O5脱水的方法将三乙醇胺和倍半氧锗有机化合物在室温下反应得到了较高产率的介吗川类有机锗新化合物。此法特别适合制备一些含有活泼官能团的介吗川类有机锗化合物。通过元素分析、IR、1HNMR和MS等分析手段验证了所合成的14个新化合物的组成及结构。并考察了某些化合物的生物活性。
Some new germatranes were synthesized by the reaction of triethandiamine with organogermanium sesquioxide under room temperature by using phosphorus pentoxide as a dehydrate agent. This improved method adapted especially to synthesize some new 3-(1′-germa-5′-aza-2′,8′,9′-trioxabicyclo(3,3,3)-undecyl)-N-substituted propionamide. All the compounds were identified by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS, and some of them were tested for bioactivities.
