摘要
采用电容和MOSFET构成的放大器实现有源电感,设计一个应用于红外通信系统的带通滤波器。0.6μm CMOS工艺模型的仿真结果,以及在红外接收器芯片中的实际应用表明,该带通滤波器具有很好的特性,满足红外通信系统接收电路对带通滤波器的要求。
Using MOSFET amplifiers and capacitances to implement an active inductor, and design a band pass filter, which can be used in infrared communication system The simulation results with 0.6μm CMOS process model and the test results of the band pass filter in infrared receive chip show the band pass has a good performance and can satisfie the requirement of infrared remote control receiver.
