摘要
合成了9个2-叔丁基-4-氯-3-哒嗪酮硫代磷酸酯类化合物,经元素分析、1HNMR和MS确定了产物的结构,初步生物活性测试表明产物具有较好的杀虫活性,其中之一活性良好,探讨了取代基对质谱裂解机理的影响。
Nine phosphorothionates with 4-chloro-2-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-3-pyridazinone were synthesized and their structurs were established by elemental analysis,1H NMR and MS. The preliminary results of biological activity showed the compounds exhibited good insecticidal activities and one of them appeared cxcellent insecticidal activities. The substituent effects on fragmentation mechanism of molecular ions were also discussed.
