二氧化碳激光联合消疣灵治疗尖锐湿疣138例

Clinical Analysis of Carbon Dioxide Laser Plus Acetic Acid Cream in Treating 138 Cases of Condyloma Acuminatum

目的:探讨二氧化碳激光联合消疣灵治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将274例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组138例,对照组136例。观察组采用二氧化碳激光联合消疣灵治疗,对照组单独采用二氧化碳激光治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治愈125例,对照组治愈97例,治愈率分别为90.6%和71.3%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:二氧化碳激光联合消疣灵治疗尖锐湿疣疗效明显优于单用二氧化碳激光。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of carbon dioxide laser plus acetic acid cream in Treating condyloma acuminatum. Methods： 274 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups, observation group 138 cases and control group 136 cases. Observation group was treated on carbon dioxide laser plus acetic acid cream; control group was treated on carbon dioxide laser, the clinical therapeutic efficacy were compared and analyzed of two groups. Results： 125 eases were cured in the observation group and 97 cases were cured in the control group, and were 90.6 % and 71.3 %, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclution： The effect of carbon dioxide laser plus acetic acid cream in Treating condyloma acuminatum is better than independent use carbon dioxide laser.
