ML35钢浇铸过程水口结瘤原因分析及控制 被引量:8

摘要 采用X射线衍射分析并结合工艺调查,对昆钢ML35钢浇铸过程中间包水口结瘤原因进行了研究分析。结果表明:钙处理不充分是造成中包水口结瘤的主要原因。根据分析结果对生产工艺进行了优化,消除了中包水口结瘤现象,平均连浇炉数由8炉/组提高到23炉/组,稳定了连铸工艺。 The cause of tundish nozzle clogging in casting KISC ML35 steel has been investigated and analyzed by X ray diffraction in connection with process analysis. The re sults show that the main cause of the clogging is inadequacy of Ca-treatment. Accroding to the investigation the process is optimized. As the result tundish nozzle clogging has been eliminated and the average heats of continuous casting increased from 8 heats/batch to 23 heats/batch and casting process stabilized thereupon.
