摘要 光纤光栅(FBG)的谐振波长既对环境的温度敏感,又对环境的压力敏感,也就是存在温度压力交叉敏感问题。文章从光纤光栅温度与压力交叉敏感问题的物理成因出发,针对单一参量(温度或压力)和双参量(温度与压力)FBG传感器的交叉敏感问题,分三类阐述交叉敏感问题消除方法的最新进展情况。 Based on the physical reason of the FBG's temperature and pressure cross-sensitivity problem, this article mainly talks about the latest development of three sorts of ways to eliminate temprerature and pressure cross-sensitivity issue which exists in single parameter (temperature or pressure) and double parameters (temperature and pressure) FBG sensor.
