摘要 目的探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Smac、Bcl-2的表达与食管癌病理生理特征的关系。方法取经病理证实为食管鳞状细胞癌的组织蜡块92例,应用流式细胞术测定标本中Smac及Bcl-2的表达。结果Smac的阳性表达率随生存期的延长而增加,在各生存组中的表达有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Bcl-2的阳性表达率随生存期的延长而减少,在各生存组中的表达有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Smac阳性表达率高的食管鳞状细胞癌患者的术后生存期长,累计生存期高;Bcl-2阳性表达率高患者的生存期较短,累计生存率低。结论Smac抑制食管癌细胞的淋巴结转移,Bcl-2促进食管癌细胞的外侵及淋巴结转移。 Objective To investigate the expression of Smac protein and Bcl-2 protein in esophageal squamous carcinoma,and to explore their relations with the clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of Smac and Bcl-2 was detected in 92 specimens of esophageal squamous carcinoma by flow cytometry. Results Smac expression rate increased in short-term survival group,moderate-term survival group and long-term survival group in turns(P〈0.05),while Bcl-2 expression rate decreased(P〈0.05).The esophageal squamous carcinoma patients with higher Smac positive rate showed longer postoperative survival time and accumulative survival time.While the esophageal squamous carcinoma patients with higher Bcl-2 positive rate showed shorter postoperative survival time and accumulative survival time. Conclusion Smac could inhibit lymphovascular invasion of esophageal squamous carcinoma cells,while Bcl-2 could promote invasion of cancer cells and lymphovascular invasion.
