摘要
改革开放30年来中国竞技体育取得巨大成绩,这要归功于坚持和完善举国体制,坚定不移地实施奥运战略;坚持以改革促发展,不断完善竞技体育管理体制和运行机制;以全运会为龙头,全面推进竞赛体制改革;不断探索竞技体育制胜规律,改革完善训练体制;充分发挥社会主义优越性,建设具有中国特色的运动员社会保障体系;以爱国主义为核心,充分发挥思想政治工作的基础保障作用。
The Chinese competitive sports have made great achievements since China＇s reform and open-up, which comes from the system of using the national strength to develop competitive sports, executing the Olympic strategy,insisting on development through reform and maintaining perfection of competitive sports management system and operation system. Moreover, an overall competition system reform has been execut- ed through National Games. Endeavors have made to seek the laws of winning and the reform of training system. Superiority of a socialist country has been yielded. Athlete social security system with the Chinese characteristics has been constructed. Ideological and political education with patriotism as the core has been emphasized.
