摘要
用JASCOJ-20C自动记录旋光仪测定了β-cyclodextrindien,β-cyclodextrindien-Cu2+配合物,β-cyclodextrindien-苯甲酸配合物及β-cyclodextrindien-Cu2+-苯甲酸三元配合物的园二色谱,并利用Cu2+配合物及苯甲酸的轨道能级顺序对谱带进行了归属。并根据Cu2+配合物的结构特征及KAJART扇形规则确定了配合物的结构。
The circular dichroism spectra of βcyclodextrindien,βcyclodextrindienCu2+complex,βcyclodextrindienbenzoic acid complex,tribasic complex of βcyclodextrindienCu2+benzoic acid were determined by using JASCO J20C automatic recording spectropolarimeter.The attribution of the bands obtained were made according to the order of orbit energy of Cu2+ complex and benzoic acid,and the coordination structure of tribasic complex of amine derivative of βcyclodextrindienCu2+benzoic acid were decided acording to the structure character of Cu2+ complex and KAJART sector rule of inclusion complex of βcyclodextrindien with aromatic compounds.
