葫芦岛市2007年常规免疫接种报告及分析

目的采用常规免疫接种报告、小样本抽样调查、用建卡率估算实际接种率、以计算R比值、D差值评价常规报表中的数据进行综合评估由于社会经济的发展。方法通过计算接种率的R比值、D差值,利用逻辑对比关系,推算报告接种率的真实性、可靠性。结果我市报告接种率虽然很高,但资料质量较差,大部分地区存在逻辑性错误。估计接种率低于报告接种率,我市2007年四种疫苗的实际接种率大约在90%左右。结论通过对常规免疫接种率报告的分析,有助于发现免疫接种中存在的问题,提高报表质量,使之得到纠正。
