绿叶杀蟑胶饵现场防制德国小蠊效果观察

The Efficacy of Observation on Green Leaf Cockroach Paste Bait against Blattella Germanica

目的观察绿叶杀蟑胶饵现场防制德国小蠊的效果。方法按照实际施药面积以0.3g/m2的剂量,将绿叶杀蟑胶饵以注射的方法,间断性点状施药于德国小蠊出没处及隐蔽处,观察施药前后德国小蠊密度变化,评价杀灭效果。结果施药前现场德国小蠊平均密度(只/张)为11.2,施药后1d、3d、5d、10d、30d平均密度(只/张)分别为6.2、2.0、0.7、0.1、0.4,平均密度下降率分别为44.6%,82.1%,93.8%,99.1%,96.4%。结论绿叶杀蟑胶饵杀灭率高,持效期长,适用于防制德国小蠊,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of green leaf cockroach paste bait against Blattella gerrnanica. Methods Green leaf cockroach paste bait were injected on the sites of appearance and shelter at a dosage of 0. 3g/ m^2. assessing the killing effect by observing the density change of Blattella germaniea before and after the adhesive bait application. Results The average density （count/bait） of Blattella germanica before application were 11.2, 1 d, 3 d, 5d, 10d and 30d after application the average density （count/bait） were 6. 2, 2.0, 0. 7, 0. 1, 0. 4, and the reduction rates were 44. 6%, 82. 1%, 93. 8%, 99. 1%, 96.4%. Conclusion The killing rate of Green leaf cockroach paste bait was high and it could last for a long time, It＇s suitable for controlling Blattella germanica, and shoud be worth popularized application.
