溴氯海因现场消毒效果应用研究

Application Study on Fields Germicidal Efficacy of Bromochl or Ohydantion

目的为了解溴氯海因对物体表面、瓜果蔬菜、医疗器械的消毒效果,对溴氯海因消毒片和溴氯海因消毒粉现场消毒效果进行了试验研究。方法采用现场(模拟现场)消毒试验方法。结果有效卤素含量100mg/L溴氯海因消毒片溶液和消毒粉溶液作用20min,对黄瓜上污染的大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值各样本均≥3.00,对木质表面上的自然菌杀灭对数值均≥1.00,有效卤素含量1200mg/L溴氯海因消毒片溶液和溴氯海因消毒粉溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢分别作用90min和120min,对医用止血钳上污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值各样本均≥3.00。结论该药可用于物体表面、瓜果蔬菜、非金属类医疗器械的消毒。

Objective In order to know the germicidal efficacy of bromochlorohydantion on objects, fruits and vegetables, medical instruments. Methods Field trial test was carried out. Results Exposed to the bromochlorohydantion solution containing available halogen （chlorine） 100mg/L for 20 min, the average killing log value of the natural bacteria on object surface was ≥ 1.00, that of the Eshefichia colt on the cucumber was ≥3.00, Exposed to the bromochlorohydantion disinfection powder solution and bromochlorohydantion disinfection tablets solution containing available halogen （ chlofine） 1200mg/L for 120 min and 90 min, the average killing log value of the Bacillus atrophaeus on medical instruments was ≥3.00, Conclusion This compound disinfect is a good disinfectant for object surface , fruits and vegetables, medical instruments.
