目的了解内蒙古兴和县碘盐使用情况,防治使用非碘盐,预防碘缺乏病的发生。方法食盐碘含量按照GB/T13025.7-1999中的直接滴定法进行监测。结果内蒙古兴和县在抽样调查的7个乡(镇)28个行政村中,碘盐覆盖率为82.4%,碘盐合格率为100.0%,合格碘盐食用率为82.4%,非碘盐率为17.6%。结论内蒙古兴和县仍然存在食用非碘盐的情况,有必要开展健康教育,并加强打击运输贩卖非碘盐的力度。

Objective To understand to service condition for iodine salt and controlling uses the non - iodine salt in Xinghe county, the occurrence which the prevention iodine deficiency disease. Methods The iodine content in salt was determined by direct titration （GB/T13025.7 - 1999） . Results The coverage rate of iodine salt was 82. 4%, qualified iodine salt rate was 100. 0%, edible qualified iodine salt rate was 82.4%, and the non - iodine salt rate was 17. 6% in 28 administrative villages in 7 townships （town） . Conclusion The situation of edible non - iodine still had be in Xinghe County of Inner Mongolia, it is necessary to carry out the health education, and the attack transportation and trafficking in the non -iodine salt should be reinforced.
