摘要
随着高校聘任制改革的不断推进,高校教职工年度考核工作在人事管理工作中的重要性更加突出。分析目前高校教职工年度考核工作的现状、找准存在问题并寻求相应的对策,建立现时期符合高校自身特点的科学的考核制度对于深化高校人事制度改革很有必要。
With development of the reform of appointment system in institutions of higher education, the annual work assessment of college faculty became highly significant in the field of personnel management. The author analyzed the current situation, problems and countermeasures of the annual work assessment in the institutions of higher education and beleved it was necessary to establish a scientific evaluation system which conformed to college faculty.
