量子阱中弱耦合磁极化子的性质

摘要 采用线性组合算符和幺正变换的方法研究了量子阱中弱耦合磁极化子的性质,得到了极化子的基态能量和振动频率、磁场强度以及阱宽之间的关系.数值计算结果表明:随着磁场强度的增加极化子的基态能量增加,随着阱宽和振动频率的增加磁极化子的基态能量减小,阱宽越小,量子尺寸效应越显著. The properties of the weak-coupling magnelopolaron in quantum well are investigated by using the linear-combination operator and unitary transformation method. The relationship between the polaron's ground state energy and the vibration frequency, magnetic field as well as the well-width are derived and discussed.Numerical results show that the polaron's ground state energy decreases with increasing the vibration frequency and well-width, and increaees with increasing the magnetic field strength B. When the well-width is small, the quantum size effect is significant.
