摘要
本研究中用HPLC方法对6种中国茶叶的茶多酚和生物碱类等成分含量进行了定量分析.分析结果表明:6种中国茶叶中总儿茶素含量按照绿茶、白茶、黄茶、青茶、红茶、黑茶的顺序有降低的趋势.生物碱类的咖啡因和茶黄素的含有量与茶叶种类的不同而变化不大.
Quantitative determination of polyphenols and alkaloids components in China tea by HPLC was carried out. The results indicated that catechins in six kinds of China tea have a decreasing trend in accordance with the order of Green tea, White tea, Yellow tea, Oolong tea, black tea, Dark tea. Contents of Alkaloids such as caffeine and theaflavins in the different kinds of tea had no big change.
