70例腰椎间盘突出症的术后护理指导

Postoperative Guidance for Patients with Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后护理与一般手术的不同点,以指导临床护理工作.方法:通过对70例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的观察和护理,总结出对腰椎间盘突出术后的患者除进行骨科术后的一般护理外,还应注意加强护理观察、心理护理、疼痛的护理、卧床护理以及更为重要的功能锻炼.结果:经过一系列的治疗和护理,所有患者各项并发症均治愈,均已恢复工作,腰痛不再复发.仅1例诉偶轻度腰痛,但不影响工作.结论:结合临床实际工作,腰椎间盘突出症术后的护理及指导尤为重要.

Objective：To discuss the difference of nursing between patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc treated with the operation and other patients undergoing operative treatment to guide nursing wok.Methods：These patients should be observed and nursed carefully besides common nursing for other patients,including psychological nursing, nursing for pain, bed nursing and dirigation by analyzing the data of 70 cases of this disease.Results：Each complication for each patient was cured and all patients could work as usual.No lumbago existed except one case,but this patient also could work.Conclusion：It is important to nurse and guide these postoperative patients correctly.
