摘要
本文利用FLUENT模拟了管排数为四的电机冷却器波纹翅片表面空气流动和传热过程、表面温度和压降分布情况,分析了翅片入口风速对翅片表面的温度、空气压降、换热系数的影响,对内部的热交换过程有一个比较清晰直观的模拟计算及分析,从而为合理选择风速和翅片的结构优化提供一定的理论基础。
In this article, it simulates the thermal process of the surface of the moire tin of the cooling device with four row pipes using software FLUENT and get some typical contour charts of the surface temperature and pressure, analyzes the effect of velocity of inlet on the surface temperature and pressure, heat transfer Coef and get a intuitionistic and clear cognition. It can provide academic basis for the ascertaining the air velocity of inlet and the optimization of the structure of the tin .
