摘要
对高效液相色谱技术(HPLC)在食物类胡萝卜素分析中的应用与发展进行综述,着重介绍了与分析有关的类胡萝卜素的理化特征、提取方法、HPLC分析系统及内标物的选择等,并讨论了近几年最新HPLC技术在食物类胡萝卜素分析中的具体应用与展望。
Application of HPLC in analysis of food-carotinoids and its development were reviewed.The physical and chemical characters of carotinoids,method for their extraction,and selection of HPLC system and internal standard for their analysis were mainly discussed.The application and prospect in recent development of HPLC for analysis of food-carotinoids were also discussed.
