摘要
研究了以蔗髓为原料,以酸法制浆废液为胶粘剂制备新型包装材料的工艺。通过对胶粘剂用量、废液固形物含量和模压压力因素的优化,制备出了可自然降解,且满足一定力学性能的包装材料,并对影响材料物理性能的因素进行了分析。通过模压工艺制备的蔗髓包装材料具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The preparation process of new packaging material with bagasse pith as raw material and spent pulping liquor as adhesive was studied. By optimizing the parameters such as the adhesive dosage, solid contents of the spent liquor, and the molding pressure, the degradable packaging material with good mechanical properties was prepared. The factors influencing the physical properties of the materials were analyzed. It was proved that the new packaging material has obvious social and economical benefits.
