摘要
行为金融可以解释很多金融问题,已逐渐的显示出其强大的生命力。基于行为金融理论,通过借鉴国外商业银行的运营模式,分析了中国商业银行在运营过程中存贷款业务和中间业务方面存在的问题。认为应从避免行业过度集中,建立有效的人才聘用制度来提高银行的整体实力,注重逐步调整银行对中小企业的价值感受和判断偏差,缩小期望值差异,降低羊群效应等方面研究入手,并提出结合中国实际情况,从央行宏观指导、商业银行业务创新、实施组合营销、开展资产负债业务和中间业务等方面完善我国商业银行运营模式的对策。
Behavioral financial can explain a lot of financial questions and it gradually displays its vigorous vitality. The state - owned commercial bank of China still is in the leading position in Chinese banking institutions, because of taking the behavior of not giving loans to the medium - sized and small enterprises, thus having the obvious leading function to small and medium - sized banks. Chinese commercial banks also have the herding behavior in the credit card distribution. Based on the behavior finance theory and by drawing the foreign commercial bank, this paper analyses the problems in Chinese commercial banks and also suggests that the Chinese commercial banks should avoid concentrating the effective talent persons, should attach importance to the value feeling and the judging deviation and should reduce the differences of the expected values and the herding behavior. This paper also point out the countermeasures to improve the Chinese commercial banks in operation.
