摘要
作为组织创新的子课题,组织创新气氛已经成为管理创新研究领域的新方向;如何通过加强组织创新气氛来提高创新,是此领域的研究热点。为深入研究组织创新气氛对其最终期望成果——组织创新的影响,首先通过分析文献对组织创新气氛进行新的内涵界定,并在理论研究的基础上提出组织创新气氛对组织创新的影响作用模型。然后应用因子分析、典型相关性分析、结构方程等统计学方法对影响作用理论模型进行验证。最终根据部分显著的典型相关性分析结果与拟合度大于0.9的结构方程模型得出组织创新气氛对组织创新中两个子纬度存在正向影响作用的修正模型。
As a sub - topic of organizational innovation, organizational climate for innovation has become a new direction in management innovation research domain. The improvement of innovation by reinforcing organizational climate for innovation is the objective most discussed. In order to study the effect of innovative climate on its expected production, organizational innovation, organizational climate for innovation is defined by literature analysis. Furthermore, the effect model is raised, based on theoretical research. Theoretical effect model was validated by factor analysis, canonical correlation analysis, and structural equation by using SPSS 15.0 software. Amcndatory effect model that im^ovative climate has a positive effect on two dimensions of organizational innovation is educed on the basis of partly significant canonical correlation analysis and structural equation model with fitting degree more than 0. 9.
