对我国竞技体育投入现状的反思

Reconsideration on China's competitive sports investment

运用文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,以经济学理论为基础,以第29届奥运会取得金牌前10名的国家为研究对象,并选取国民生产总值、人均国民生产值、及对竞技体育的投入和29届奥运会成绩等具体指标,研究竞技体育发展与经济、社会的协调发展问题。研究认为:国家的综合国力是影响竞技体育的关键因素,我国竞技体育的投入与国民人均生产总值的之间不协调,高于最富裕的发达国家对竞技体育的投入,因此,后奥运时期,国家应调整竞技体育的投入方式和投入力度,并坚持以条件定发展的协调发展策略。

Applying methods of literature, statistics, the authors studied the issues of competitive sports development and social coordination on the basis of economics theories. The top 10 countries on the golden medal list at the 29^th Beijing Olympic Games are chosen as the research object, GNP and per capital GNP, the investment to competitive sports and the performance at the Games as the inde- xes. The result shows that the comprehensive national power is the key factor influencing the competitive sports; China＇s investment is not coordinative with the per capital GNP and is higher that of the richest developed countries. Therefore, China should adjust to the investment way and amount and stick to the development strategy of developing with the condition.
