摘要 通过在现有的重量训练器材上加装位移传感器,并研发相应的数据实时采集与诊断分析系统,以监测训练过程中力量、位移、速度、功率等参数,实时反馈给使用者,为实时监控和评价运动员的训练负荷和强度提供科学的依据,实现了超等长阻力训练的数字化和智能化。 In this paper, data real-time collection and diagnostic analysis system of intellectual plyometrics weight training was introduced by mounting distance transducer onto the current weight trainen back to the users so that scientific basis could be provided for real time monitor and evaluation of the athlete's training load and intensity and for intellectual plyometrics weight training.
