摘要
速度是篮球运动重要组成部分.根据篮球运动的特点,对发展篮球运动员的速度素质及在篮球运动中发挥速度问题作了分析,供同行在篮球教学与训练中作参考.
Speed plays an important part in basketball playing.Based on the characteristics of the basketball playing, the paper analyses such problems as how to improve the basketball player＇s speed and how to promote the speed ard provides ome reference to basketball teaching and training.
