凝聚胺法漏检抗-Jka、抗-S抗体致溶血性输血反应1例 被引量：8

摘要 1病例简介 患者，女，57岁，因贫血入住当地医院，拟诊：恶网，自述A型血，RH阳性，曾输过血，无不良反应，本次入院后于2008年2月23日和3月3日做凝聚胺法交叉配合试验阴性后，输洗涤红细胞4U，无不良反应，3月7日做凝聚胺法交叉配合试验阴性后输洗涤红细胞380ml时出现寒战，高热，全身酸痛等不适，继之出现血红蛋白尿，考虑为溶血性输血反应，经对症治疗后症状缓解，次日，病情稳定，尿液变清.为查明原因送我科血型室鉴定，检出患者产生抗-Jka及抗S抗体.
