摘要
目的建立烟曲霉播散性感染家兔模型,为进一步研究烟曲霉深部感染的致病机制及诊疗措施提供可用的动物模型.方法免疫抑制新西兰大白兔致其免疫功能低下,经耳缘静脉注射烟曲霉分生孢子致感染.通过观察各组家兔的生命体征及尸检、脏器培养、组织病理结果等鉴定感染结局.结果实验组各家兔具有感染症状(体重渐减,体温≥39.5℃),解剖发现明显的组织病理学改变,脏器培养鉴定为烟曲霉,组化染色查到菌丝.结论成功的建立了烟曲霉深部感染家兔模型,为烟曲霉感染过程中致病机制的研究及研制新型诊疗措施提供了依据.
Objective To establish a rabbit model of invasive aspergillosis for the study of the infected mechanism and the new diagnosis methods for it. Methods Rabbits that were immunocompromice by given hydrocortisone for three days were infected intravenously with conidiospores of Aspergillus fumigatus. The outcomes of every rabbit rely on the observation of the vital sign,dissection after the death,organ culture and histochemistry. Results The experimental group rabbits had the infected symptom with the body weight decrement and the temperature over 39. 5℃. All the results: that were studied support the diagnosis of invasive aspergillosis in the experimental group but negative for the control group. Conclusion An experimental model of invasive aspergilosis is successfully established.
