摘要
结合工程总承包项目管理经验,在分析工程总承包项目的风险特点的基础上,介绍铁路工程总承包项目管理过程中存在的主要风险和主要控制方法,并阐明工程总承包各阶段风险管理的组织措施,可为铁路工程总承包项目管理提供参考。
Combined with the experiences and based on the analysis of risk characteristics of general contract projects in railway engineering, this article recommends the main risks and control methods of general contract projects in railway engineering managements. Beside this it recommends organization measures in different stages of risk managements, providing preferences to similar general contract projects in railway engineering.
