摘要
在分析中水工程处理方案类型和特点的基础上,建立了中水工程综合评价的指标体系,利用层次分析法确定权重,并采用模糊综合评价法与灰色系统理论相结合的方法,建立了中水工程处理工艺方案选择的灰色模糊综合评判模型,即采用灰色系统理论中的关联度理论对模糊综合评价法加以改进,从而可以得到一个既定量化又较符合实际的评价结果。最后,对某城市生活小区中水工程实例进行了分析、评价,选出了生物接触氧化工艺作为一种较理想的处理工艺,其应用较广且运行情况较好。研究结果证明了该评价方法的正确性和实用性。
On the basis of the analysis of the type and characteristic of the disposal method of water reuse project, an index system for comprehensive evaluation of water reuse project is presented and a grey fuzzy comprehensive judgment model is established through adopting Analysis Hierarchy Process to decide weight and combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the grey sys tern theory. Namely, the relation degree theory of the grey system theory is used to ameliorate the fuzzy judgment method to obtain one evaluation result, which is quantification and accorded with the actual situation. Finally, a water reused project example of a residential district in certain city is analyzed and evaluated, and the biology contacting oxidation technique is selected. The validity and practicability of the evaluation method is proved by the study result.
