基于离差平方和的综合赋权法在灌区节水改造评价中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了合理确定大型灌区节水改造后评估指标权重从而对大型灌区节水改造项目进行科学的评价,应用基于离差平方和的综合集成赋权法确定指标权重,并将该方法应用于陕西省关中大型灌区节水改造项目效益评价中。应用结果表明,与单纯的主观赋权法和客观赋权法以及目前其他已有的综合集成赋权法相比,基于离差平方和的综合集成赋权法能够兼顾主客观影响因素,且原理科学、计算过程较方便,有较好的实际应用价值。 In order to reasonably determine index weight for post-evaluation of water-saving reconstruction of large-scale irrigation district and gain scientific evaluation result, the comprehensive weight method based on sum of squares of deviations is used to determine index weight. Also, this method is used for the benefit evaluation of water-saving reconstruction project in large-scale irrigation district of central Shaanxi plain. The result shows that comparing with pure subjective weight method and objective weight method or other existing comprehensive weight methods, the comprehensive weight method based on sum of squares of deviations can give consideration to both subjective and objective factor. Furthermore, the principle of the method is scientific and the calculation process is convenient. So it has good practical application value.
