植物代谢生物氧化还原测定及其在水稻上的初步应用

摘要 [目的]建立研究植物光合作用和呼吸作用强度的新方法。[方法]以双季晚稻桂花黄为材料,将所取样品的浸出液与标准KMnO4溶液作用(KMnO4被还原释放的氧可为植物浸出液代谢所利用),根据所耗KMnO4标准溶液的体积计算样品浸出液的耗氧量,再根据耗氧量判断其氧化还原反应的相对强弱(对应于田间植物的光合作用和呼吸作用强度)。[结果]水稻心叶和第5叶吸氧量较少,说明其呼吸作用较强;刚施入氮肥后所取样品的耗氧量较大,说明此时水稻呼吸作用旺盛;水稻叶的耗氧量少于鞘、茎,说明叶片的呼吸作用较鞘、茎旺盛;水稻植株生育前期的耗氧量少于生育后期,说明前期呼吸作用较强,后期光合作用较强。[结论]该方法用于研究植物光合作用和呼吸作用强度是完全可行的。 [ Objective ] The aim was to establish a new method for studying photosynthesis and respiration strength of plants. [ Method ] With double cropping rice Guihuahuang as the material, the leaching solution of the samples were taken to interact with standard KMnO4 solution (oxygen from reduced KMnO4 could be utilized by metabolism of plant leaching solution), according to the volume consumption of KMnO4 standard solution, the oxygen consumption of leaching solution was calculated, and then the relative strength of oxidation-reduction reaction (in contract to the strength of photosynthesis and respiration in field plants) was judged according to the oxygen consumption. [ Result] The oxygen uptakes of the heart leaf and the 5th leaf of rice were little, which showed that their respiration was strong. Theoxygen uptakes of the samples was more after applying nitrogen fertilizer, which showed that the respiration of rice was vigorous. The oxygen uptakes of rice leaves was less than that of its sheath and stem, which showed the respiration of rice leaves was more vigorous than that of its sheath and stem. The oxygen uptakes of rice in earlier growing stage was less than that in late growth stage. , which showed that the respiration of rice was strong in earlier stage and its photosynthesis was strong in late stage. [ Conclusion] It was feasible to use this method studying the strength of photosynthesis and respiration of plants.
