摘要 介绍了叶绿体基因工程的特点、叶绿体转化方法、转化中存在的问题及解决策略以及前景展望等,重点阐述了叶绿体基因工程的研究新进展。 This paper aimed to review the characteristics, methods, some questions, solving strategies and the prospect of the chloroplast genetic engineering. Research progress of chloroplast genetic engineering was elaborated as a key point.
